Special type of grain

Homemade grissini for an aperitif, flatbreads or pide with delicious toppings, spaetzli, kernotto or sweet specialties such as crumble cake - this food truck is all about UrDinkel (original spelt). The term refers to the two spelt varieties Oberkulmer Rotkorn and Ostro, which have not been crossed with wheat and are therefore particularly well tolerated.

Whether it's for your wedding, company event or team event: treat your guests to this special catering, where sustainability is paramount. Only spelt from Swiss cultivation is used, as well as local and seasonal products. The grain dishes are served with vegetable side dishes such as salads, dips or grilled vegetables. The food truck team offers homemade kombucha and ginger lemonade, as well as water, beer and wine from the Zurich area.


The menu

The food truck team offers a wide range of dishes - from breakfast buffets, salad bowls and snacks to aperitifs and set menus. The flatbreads with various toppings are a house specialty. A selection:

  • First Floor: UrDinkel flatbread with seasonal chutney, feta and grilled courgettes
  • Cucina: UrDinkel flatbread with tomato pesto, ricotta, rocket, AlpSbrinz and pine nuts
  • Hammam (vegan): UrDinkel flatbread with ajvar, soya yoghurt, pickled onions and sesame seeds Dukkha
  • Hagedammen (vegan): UrDinkel flatbread with almond ricotta, carrot salmon and rocket salad
  • Penthouse Deluxe (vegan): UrDinkel flatbread with truffle yoghurt, fried mushroom, young spinach, porcini mushroom powder and sprouts
  • The House Party (vegan): UrDinkel flatbread with chocolate spread, seasonal fruit compote and roasted almonds
