Would you like to spoil your guests with something special? Whether it's a birthday party, wedding, anniversary, company event, festival or Christmas party: The Food Truck provides uncomplicated food at your event with specialties of Latin American cuisine in "street food style": The guests pick up the food at the Food Truck and eat it by hand while standing or sitting.


Great Mexican food

  • Fajita de Pollo: Wheat tortilla rolled, filled with grilled chicken strips, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, seasonal vegetables, sour cream and guacamole.

  • Burrito: Wheat tortilla rolled, filled with pulled pork, rice, BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, seasonal vegetables, sour cream and guacamole.

  • Tacos: corn tortilla topped with sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, chorizo, onions and cilantro.

  • Quesadilla: wheat tortilla topped with cheese, pulled pork and vegetables, grilled, with guacamole and salsa roja.

  • Ceviche: Summer salad with lime juice, marinated fish or shellfish, tomatoes, onions and cilantro
.
The fajitas and burritos can be cut in half, so your guests can try different variations. The vegetarian versions use a product made from pea protein. Allergen-free and vegan dishes are also available upon request.


Ingredients and preparation

The food is prepared by a professional chef who uses neither finished products nor flavor enhancers and cooks exclusively with Swiss meat. All sauces are homemade. Whenever possible, regional and seasonal products are used for the vegetables. The nachos are made in Switzerland. Look forward to creative, fresh and authentic food.
