This food truck, a Piaggio Ape with chalet roof and wooden counter, is a total eye-catcher. When the melted cheese starts to smell, the alpine hut flair is perfect. The raclette is prepared from regional ingredients right in front of your guests. Thanks to the turbo raclette oven integrated in the food truck, up to 200 portions can be served per hour.

• Raclette: The melt-in-the-mouth cheese from the food truck is not only convincing in terms of taste, but also because of the generous portions. Each guest receives 150 g of the finest cheese, served hot, garnished with two delicious "gschwellten" potatoes, silver onions and pickles.
  
  
• Cheese Dog: This fancy but ingenious hot dog variation consists of a hot pork/beef sausage, bedded on fresh iceberg lettuce, surrounded by onions and crunchy pickles. A variety of sauces provide the perfect flavor. The whole thing is finished with hot raclette cheese, garnished with a handful of fried onions.
  
  
• American Hotdog: the classic hotdog with mayo, mustard, ketchup. A delicious pork/beef sausage with a toasted hotdog bun forms the base. What comes further in your hotdog, you decide yourself.
