Piadine with filling of your choice
Piadine are a specialty from the Emilia Romagna region in northern Italy. They are flatbreads baked on a plate and filled with various ingredients, similar to crepes, for example with raw ham, salami, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, arugula, pesto or bresaola. The following piadins are available:
