Welcome to the beautiful Oberaargau! In the middle of the Buchsibergen lies the magnificent farmhouse of the farmer Nelly and her family. Three generations live on the farm. On the land of the traditionally managed dairy farm grows grass, wheat and corn for the cows and calves. Since 2007, guests have been entertained in the converted "Heimetli". Nelly spoils you with regional, seasonal and if possible farm-own products.

    Fondue (house mix) with different kinds of bread, silver onions, curry zucchetti, pineapple cubes, pears, mushrooms, fondue spice and kirsch

  • Buure-Zmorge (from 25 persons).
    Cheese and meat platter, various types of bread, homemade yogurt, fruit, muesli, vegetable dips, hash browns, fried eggs, warm ham, various jams, honey, butter, sweet cider, coffee, milk, ovo and tea.

  • Giant Tartare Hat.
    Served with a variety of meats, bacon, grilled cheese, charcuterie, homemade sauces, herb butter, fruits and vegetables, baked potatoes, potato gratin or rice

Zopf or farmhouse bread is served with all dishes. For starters you can help yourself to the salad buffet or enjoy a fine homemade soup. Farmer's wife Nelly is also open to your suggestions. Let us advise you and put together a menu tailored to your wishes.


More options

The two rooms of the "Heimetli" are ideal for company meetings, seminars and creative workshops. The farm has a large garden with a barefoot path, a herb garden and a Kneipp fountain. There is also the possibility to stay overnight on site (14 beds in four rooms).
