Many types of cheese
The fondue is served with the hotel's own blend of cheeses, with a choice of four varieties - alcohol-free with sour cider or non-alcoholic white wine on request.
Raclette fans choose their favorites in advance from four aromatic cheeses: classic mild, with garlic, spicy with chili or refined with green pepper.
Side dishes of your choice
You can choose optional side dishes for both menus. These include truffles, morels, pear slices, cornichons or potatoes. There are also many drinks to choose from. Bread and black tea are included in the offer.
