A Unique Dining Experience
The villa, with its neoclassical main façade, stands right on the banks of the Aare River. It was built in the mid-19th century, incorporating significant portions of the medieval Prediger Tower—and it is here, in the vaulted cellar and the adjacent garden, that the gourmet restaurant is located. With its old sandstone walls, the historic vaulted cellar exudes a special ambiance. Here, indulgence is a top priority. In the vaulted cellar, we can accommodate groups of 35 to 90 people.
Conservatory and view of the Aare River
The modern, adjoining conservatory, with its large glass front, offers a beautiful and soothing view of the Aare River as it flows gently by. In the conservatory, we cater to groups of 35 to 60 guests.
The Head Chef
Our skilled chef will fulfill your culinary desires in every way. Thanks to his extensive training at Westminster College in London and further training at various hotels and restaurants in England and Switzerland, he is well-versed in all aspects of international cuisine. Let him and his team pamper you and delight your palate.
