Suitable for large groups
Are you looking for exceptional catering for your party, corporate event, or Christmas dinner? This raclette food truck will be the center of attention at your event and will treat your guests to delicious cheese creations. This service is also ideal for large groups: Up to 300 servings of 100 grams of cheese each are served per hour from the Piaggio Ape’s counter. The food truck can be set up both indoors and outdoors.
The Menu
To accompany your raclette, which is served with hot potatoes, you and your guests can choose from over ten different ingredients and sauces to create your own personalized raclette. Options include pears, jalapeños, bacon, garlic sauce, and much more.
The house specialty is the flambéed raclette: this cheese dish is enhanced with your favorite schnapps.
Other dishes available
Upon request, the food truck team can prepare additional cheese dishes for you, such as raclette hot dogs, cheeseburgers with raclette cheese, or crepes topped with raclette. You can also round out your meal with warm chestnuts and mulled wine as an aperitif or delicious waffles for dessert.
