When cheese and beer come together
In the middle of the Emmental there is a small brewery, in whose kettles palatable beer is brewed. A cheese maker also makes his specialities in the same village. One fine day, when the masters of the two breweries sat together and exchanged ideas, a unique creation was born: the original Emmental beer fondue.

Comfortable carriage ride
Enjoy the beautiful Emmental countryside between Langnau and Zollbrück in horse-drawn carriage. The trail follows the course of the Ilfis and Emme rivers, with stately farms passing before your eyes. The tour to the brewery takes about an hour, which you can spend with your group (there is room for ten people on a carriage) chatting in comfort.
