Farm from the 18th century
This Emmental farmhouse is a real jewel! It dates back to the 18th century and is already managed in the fourth generation. The ambience is unique and the view over the gentle hills of the Emmental unforgettable. Traditionally, the farm is mainly used for dairy farming and pig fattening. On request, the farmer will accompany you on a tour of the animals and tell you a lot of interesting facts about the farm. An authentic experience like in the old days.
Enjoying in an authentic place
You can enjoy the aperitif in the beautifully designed garden of the farm. Afterwards, the lovingly prepared meals are served in the cosy parlour or in the garden, protected from the weather. The farm is ideal for family celebrations, birthday parties, company parties or even company outings. For the little guests there are toys available on site. Combine your visit with a short hike to the farm (approx. 1.5 km from the railway station). If you wish, you can bake plucks together with the farmer's wife, make syrup or visit the farm on a guided tour.

Winter feast and torchlight hike
In winter, the food on the farm has its special charm. Walk with torches from the train station to the farm. If you wish, your guide will tell you many interesting things about the region. Once you arrive at the farm, you can warm yourself at the fire bowl and enjoy an aperitif. Afterwards, enjoy a raclette with cornichons, potatoes and other delicacies. You are welcome to enjoy the dessert in the warm farmhouse parlour.
