Fine fondue in the fresh air
Welcome to the fabulously decorated winter terrace! The spicy scent of mulled wine, punch and homemade Salzbrätzeli is in the air; a beautiful tree of lights shines in full splendour. For the aperitif, there are Plättli with dried meat from regional production. Then it's time for the homemade fondue with cheese from the mountain dairy. Bread, potatoes and pickled vegetables accompany the delicious feast. If you wish, you can enjoy the traditional dish carefree from one-person caquelons.
Warm and cozy
To keep warm and cosy during this outdoor fondue fun, it's best to dress yourself so that you can easily spend a few hours outside (ski clothing, thermal underwear, hat, scarf, etc.). Skins and woollen blankets are also available on site, and hot tea is available à discrétion.
Option vinotheque and overnight stay
Would you prefer to enjoy the fondue indoors in the warm? If you wish, you can reserve the Vinothek exclusively for your group (from eight to 20 people). You are welcome to round off the evening comfortably and spend the night in one of the cosy hotel rooms on site.
