Pleasure in the historical wine cellar
This cellar, built around 1630, as well as the house built later, know many stories from the past. In this historical ambience you can taste excellent wines from a range of around 400 varieties. A wine connoisseur will tell you and your guests many interesting and worth knowing facts about the origin and processing of the wines. Learn about the differences between wines from the same region and taste them yourself.
Ideas and topics
From the rich stock the tasting possibilities are almost inexhaustible and can be adapted to your wishes. The following list shows some thematic examples:

In addition, an attractive grappa collection is available for tasting as well as whiskies from local production.
Aperitif and raclette
The wine tasting is complemented with the following culinary possibilities:
- Simple aperitif - various salty snacks
- Classical aperitif - cheese, meat, braid, bread and salty snacks
- Apéro riche - cheese, meat, braid and bread also panini and salty snacks
- Raclette - cheese, potatoes, gherkins, silver onions and various spices
A 3-course menu can also be served to you and your guests on request.
