Grill hut for exclusive use
Are you looking for an unusual location for your team event, Christmas dinner, club outing or stag party? The small chalet in the style of a Lapland hut offers the ideal setting for a cosy get-together of up to twelve people. In the middle of the chalet there is a modern fireplace which provides warmth, but can also be used as a grill or hot plate. You sit on well-padded wooden benches in a circle around the fire and can enjoy the evening undisturbed in the glow of the flames. Best conditions for a successful event!
The food
Your evening begins with a mulled wine and fruit punch aperitif, accompanied by focaccia with herbs and Sbrinz and bacon plait.
Afterwards you help yourself to the rich buffet. The offer consists of a rich salad buffet, marinated vegetables and fine bread. Then you help yourself to raclette cheese and the various meat platters with beef, chicken, pork, bacon and sausage. Pickled vegetables, herb butter and BBQ sauce as well as fried potatoes are not to be missed.
Fine cakes, cakes and creams round off the gourmet meal.
