Fondue on another level
Don't worry about the cold! While the fondue warms you from the inside, woollen blankets are available for you and your friends. After the fondue you can also move inside for a nightcap in the comfortable lounge, and if it really is too cold outside you can always eat the fondue in the restaurant.
250g of the finest mixture from the speciality cheesemakers awaits each person in the caquelon. The classic spread of bread pieces, gerkins, baby corn cobs, and silver pickled onions is on offer, and a portion of boiled potatoes or a digestif (4 cl cherry schnapps) can be added for a small additional cost.

A selection of suitable wines is on offer. Highly recommended is a Heida from the Valais, a fine St. Saphorin from Vaud, or a Gewurztraminer from Alsace. Tell us what you like and we'll advise you.
