Take a journey back to the time when copper and wood instead of chrome steel dominated the hotel kitchen. Experience an evening amidst beautiful old kitchen utensils and other objects of art and use from the Belle Époque, let yourself be spoilt with culinary delights and (optinonally) be entertained by exciting stories between the courses.
The appetizer mosaic
As a prelude, you will be served a mosaic of your three starter favourites, supplemented with a plate of soup of your choice if you wish:
- tomato-panna-cotta with smoked scamorza
- Asparagus salad with balsamic pearls (seasonal)
- Asian glass noodle salad with lime dressing
- Cavaillon melon with Parma ham

Entertainment between the aisles
As a special treat, Maître Gilles will entertain you with amusing stories and anecdotes from the hotel industry during the aperitif and/or between the individual courses. He will also be passionate about your champagne or other sparkling wine. Look forward to an evening full of surprises.
