The cult van can be transformed into a hot dog stand or a raclette stand, sizzles burgers or crêpes and can also be used as a mobile bar.

Flexible food truck at your party

Bring the bright red "Ape" from Piaggio to your party! The Italian panel van, which has been produced since 1947, has long since become a cult transport vehicle and will enchant you at your event with its charming design alone. As a food truck it is extremely versatile: you can spoil your guests with raclette, hot dogs, crêpes or burgers or book the Piaggio as a mobile bar. The vehicle can be used indoor or outdoor and can be extended by a second station if required. All basic dishes can be supplemented with salads, French fries and desserts as well as drinks.


The culinary offer

  • raclette (150 servings per hour)
    Several types of cheese (200 g each), potatoes and ten different ingredients à discrétion are available. As a speciality, there is the "Raclette on Fire" with a memorable fire show and ten spirits that take the taste of raclette to a new level.

  • American Hotdogs (250 servings per hour)
    The beautiful "agony of choice" already starts with the sausage: Pork, chicken, venison and a vegetarian alternative are available. There are 14 different ingredients and sauces à discrétion.

  • Crêpes (60 pieces per hour)
    Whether salty or sweet: Your guests can have the crêpe of their dreams made from umpteen different ingredients. The popular French speciality is rolled and is therefore ideal as finger food.

  • Burger (60 pieces per hour)
    The burger consists of 120 g beef, alternatively there is also a vegetarian burger, served with a homemade Cole Slaw salad. Eleven different ingredients and various sauces complete the culinary fun.


    The "Ape" as a bar

    Special cocktail creations are mixed in the mobile Piaggio bar. You can choose from Röteli Caipi, Bern Mule, Heu-Sour, Wildi Heidi, Starker Peter and Alpenlust. The cocktails with the Swiss touch can also be replaced or supplemented by standard cocktails, as well as by other drinks. Three drinks per person are provided.
