Your visit to the Emmental Brewery

Welcome to the brewery! As a welcome drink you will get a fresh beer. Afterwards you will go to the brewery where you will learn everything about the production of beer and much more during a 3/4 hour beer seminar. Now it's time for refreshment again, and at the same time you will dive even deeper into the world of beer: you will taste four to six different types of beer, for example the following beers:

• Amber beer
• Wheat beer
• Fyschter's IPA beer
• Coriander-Orange beer
• Mais beer
• Bière de Garde
• Pale Ale
• India Pale Ale (IPA)
• Honey beer
• Holunder beer

The beers are seasonal and therefore not all of them are always on offer.

Enjoy fine aperitif plates with Emmental specialities. The tasting lasts about an hour, but you are welcome to stay in the brewery afterwards.

Combination with a spoon trip

Combine your visit to the brewery with a tour of the Emmental. You start in front of the brewery and chug along side roads from Zollbrück to Trubschachen, over the Blapbach into Eggiwil and from there back to the brewery. The route offers you unique views over the Emmental and the Bernese Alps. On the way you can taste "Güetzi" at the Kambly company or stop for a tasty snack in one of the mountain restaurants. Afterwards you start your tour and tasting at the brewery.

Combination with a comfortable carriage ride

Enjoy the beautiful Emmental countryside between Langnau and Zollbrück in horse-drawn carriage. The trail follows the course of the Ilfis and Emme rivers, with stately farms passing before your eyes. The tour to the brewery takes about an hour, which you can spend with your group (there is room for ten people on a carriage) chatting in comfort.
