Barbecue and enjoy in any weather

Visit with your team an educational BBQ workshop with great moments of pleasure. The event will be tailored to your needs. You choose whether you only want to stir marinades and prepare sauces with your team or whether you also like to be active at the grill. The barbecue will be held outside under a roof, in case of bad weather you can enjoy the prepared delicacies in the restaurant.


The marinades, the meat and the sauces

After a welcome aperitif, the fun starts right away: You create your personal marinade from selected ingredients. Whether mild or spicy, fruity or hot - let your taste be your guide. You also have the choice when it comes to the grilled food. From fish and shrimps to beef, pork, horse and chicken, everything is available. Of course, you also need fine sauces to go with the good grilled food. You prepare these while your grilled food soaks in the marinade.


The appetizer buffet and the right cooking point

If you want to have your meat grilled by the professionals, you can already help yourself to the appetizer buffet and choose the most delicious side dishes, for example baked potatoes, corn on the cob and vegetables. If you want to grill yourself, the professionals will tell you everything you need to know about core temperature, the right cooking point and the finger-pressing method.


From flambéed bananas to burnt crème

Do you have a craving for grilled sweets? How about flambéed bananas or grilled pineapple? Of course, you can also choose from many other delicacies from the dessert kitchen.
